Higher Living

Food & Nutrition are the foundation of my work.

From that foundation, I explore cleansing and what it means to live in alignment with a higher frequency.

What we eat.
How we source it. How we nourish our bodies.

How we care for ourselves.
Daily movement. Rest. Cleansing. The habits we practice again and again.

What we consume.
Food, media, information, other people's noise—and where we choose to place our attention.

How we tend to our inner lives.
Prayer. Meditation. Spiritual practice. Faith. Intuition. Learning to become quiet enough to trust ourselves.

How we spend our time and steward our resources.
Our work. Our purpose. Our finances. Where our energy goes.

How we live in relationship.
Community. Connection. The people we surround ourselves with. Building relationships with strong roots.

Not perfection.
Not one enormous transformation.

Choice by choice.

Higher Living is built in the choices we make every day.

Higher Living is about alignment.

Alignment with a higher frequency.

What you put in your body.
What you put in your mind.
What you give your attention to.
What you practice.
Who you surround yourself with.
How you spend your time.
What you do with your resources.
What you believe.

Every choice carries a frequency.

Higher Living is the practice of becoming intentional about those choices—recognizing what nourishes you, strengthens you, grounds you and brings you into greater alignment with the life you are choosing to create.

It is learning to notice what raises you—and what does not belong anymore.

And ultimately, choosing deliberately how you want to live your life.

Food and nutrition are the foundation that shape my work—through my education, my work as a Private Chef, my relationships with the people who grow our food, and years spent studying how what we consume shapes how we live.

Higher Living carries that same intentionality into the other choices that shape our lives.

When you have a choice,

Choose Higher.

Courage

I'm still getting to know God. I spend my days with Him, and yet there's so much I don't know. I don't know if this desire to write is a calling from Him or a desire in my own heart that I'm bringing before Him. What I do know is that I want to write. And I'm praying He'll guide me and bless what I create. Maybe this first step doesn't require me to have that question answered. Maybe it just asks me to begin honestly.
